Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications and services offered by Aura Info Solution ("we", "us", "our"), including Aura Financial AI and AuraGram (collectively, the "Apps"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Aura Financial AI provides financial ratio analysis, loan-eligibility calculations, and related tools for individuals and businesses. AuraGram provides a social feed and affiliate-commerce discovery platform. Certain features are available free of charge; others require a paid subscription as described within the Apps.

3. Account Registration

You must register using a valid mobile number and verify it via One-Time Password (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase (monthly or as otherwise stated). Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Subscription benefits remain active for the paid period; access to premium features ends if a subscription is not renewed.

5. Free Trial

Where offered, a free trial provides temporary access to premium features. One free trial is permitted per user/device. We reserve the right to limit or deny trial access in cases of suspected abuse.

6. No Financial or Investment Advice

Aura Financial AI provides informational tools based on data you provide. Outputs (ratios, loan-eligibility estimates, etc.) are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Final lending or financial decisions rest with the relevant bank, NBFC, or user.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Apps, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the Apps' normal operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Apps are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Info Solution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Apps.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Rohtak, Haryana.
