Aura Info Solution ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through Aura Financial AI and AuraGram (the "Apps"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: mobile number, name, and email (where provided), verified via OTP or Google Sign-In.
Financial data (Aura Financial AI only): balance sheet figures and financial documents you choose to upload, used solely to calculate ratios and loan-eligibility estimates.
Usage data: app interactions, device model, and diagnostic logs, used to improve reliability.
Payment data: payments are processed by third-party gateways (e.g. Razorpay); we do not store your card, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide and improve app features, verify your identity, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. Financial documents you upload are processed to generate the ratios/estimates you request and are not sold to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party infrastructure providers, including Firebase/Google Cloud (authentication, data storage, and AI-based document processing) and Razorpay (payment processing). These providers process data under their own privacy and security policies.

5. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with 256-bit encryption and strict access controls. While we take industry-standard measures to protect your information, no method of digital transmission or cloud storage is completely infallible.

6. DPDP Act 2023 Compliance & 15-Day Document Auto-Purge Policy

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and RBI data minimization principles:
• Financial documents uploaded for loan case compilation are strictly processed based on explicit borrower/client consent.
• All raw uploaded document files and images stored in cloud storage under client cases are permanently and automatically purged after 15 days of case dispatch, completion, or link expiry.
• An immutable, cryptographic DPDP consent receipt and audit trail ledger is retained to substantiate regulatory compliance without holding raw customer financial files beyond necessity.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the details below. You may also delete your account from within the Apps where available.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
